After your order is placed and we receive your customization details, we will prepare a digital proof. Printing starts only after your approval.

Large pieces may be professionally folded/scored when necessary for safe shipping. Please review your proof and order details carefully before production. Shipping options are shown at checkout. Ships from Canada to buyers in the United States and Canada.

Because each item is made specifically for your event, customized products are non-refundable once the design has been approved and production has started.
