How Many Guests Fit on Each Size?

The number of guests that can fit on a seating chart depends on the layout, font size, number of tables, and length of guest names. As a general guide for a 36-inch-wide seating chart:

4 ft — approximately 40–60 guests
5 ft — approximately 60–80 guests
6 ft — approximately 80–100 guests
7 ft — approximately 100–120 guests
8 ft — approximately 120–140 guests

For larger weddings, we recommend using two or more panels to keep every guest name clear and easy to read.

Can I Send My Own Design?

Yes. If you already have a finished seating chart design, you can send us your print-ready file. PDF is preferred for the best print quality. High-resolution PNG or JPG files are also accepted.

If you only have an inspiration photo, Canva design, or unfinished artwork, send it to us and contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether it can be prepared for large-format printing.
