Personalized Acrylic Wedding Welcome Signs
Welcome guests with a custom acrylic welcome sign, UV printed with your names, wedding date and chosen wording. Choose a clean white-and-black layout, black-and-gold printed design, a clear floral style or a personalized photo layout inspired by the gallery.
What is included?
- One personalized acrylic sign in your selected size.
- UV printed artwork and lettering.
- A digital layout for approval before printing.
Sign only. Easels, stands, flowers, mounting hardware and other display accessories shown in the design examples are not included. Lettering and artwork are UV printed, not raised letters. Mirror Gold and Mirror Silver are available as background finishes.

Personalize your design
Choose your Background / Acrylic Finish and Text / Lettering Colour in the order form. Enter the exact names, event date and wording in the required text box. Add layout or colour instructions in the design notes and optionally upload a photo, logo, artwork or reference image. If your finished artwork already includes all text, write “Use wording in uploaded artwork”. You can order a text-only sign without a file. The gallery shows design examples; sample names and dates will be replaced with your approved details.
Background options include Clear, White, Black, Frosted White, Mirror Silver, Mirror Gold and a Custom Printed Colour request. These choices have no additional option fee; your selected size determines the sign price. Custom printed colour details should be entered in the design notes. Contact us before ordering if you need a special finish or custom size.
Proof approval and production
We prepare a digital proof using your personalization details. Review spelling, names, dates, layout and colours carefully. Printing starts after your final proof approval. Please contact us before ordering for a fixed event deadline so we can confirm production and delivery timing.
Shipping to Canada and the United States
Shipping charges and applicable taxes are separate from the sign price and are calculated at checkout for the delivery address. Transit time is separate from design and production time. Confirm delivery options with us before ordering for a time-sensitive event.
